If you purchased a workshop within the past 3 days, have completed less than 50% of the course material, and are unsatisfied with the content, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund.”

All TerpChamps workshops are available on demand, and payment is not collected until enrollment opens. If a previously advertised workshop is cancelled before enrollment opens, no payment will have been collected, so participants will not be charged.

Yes. Associate and Certified Members of RID who complete the appropriate CEU request form for each workshop will have their CEUs added to their RID CEU transcript within 30 days of completing the workshop. All participants, regardless of RID membership status, will receive a certificate of completion listing the number of CEUs offered for the workshop.

Yes! Upon completing a workshop, your certificate of completion will be automatically generated and displayed on your screen. It will also be saved to your account for future reference.

YES! Every workshop includes skill-building exercises, role-plays, interactive activities, and/or model interpretations designed to help you apply what you learn. Immediate feedback is provided through interactive activities with correct answer explanations or model interpretations you can review and compare.

You will have unlimited, lifetime access to all of your purchased workshops, allowing you to view and revisit the content as often as you wish.
