If you have purchased a workshop within the last 3 business days, completed less than 50% of the course material, and are unsatisfied with the content, you can request a full refund by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund."

All workshops offered by TerpChamps are available on-demand and we do not require payment upfront. If a previously advertised workshop is cancelled, no money will have been collected in advance, eliminating the need for a cancellation refund.

If you are an Associate or Certified Member of RID, CEUs will be added to your CEU transcript within 45 days of completing each workshop. Regardless of RID membership status, all participants who complete a workshop will receive a certificate of completion with the number of CEUs listed.

Yes! Upon completing each workshop, a certificate of completion will be automatically generated and displayed on your screen. It will also be saved in your account for future reference.

YES! All workshops feature skill-building exercises, role-plays, interactive activities, or model interpretations to give participants the opportunity to apply what they have learned and enhance their skills.

You will have unlimited access to all of your purchased workshops indefinitely, allowing you to view them as many times as you wish.
